        • Must have signed permission from a parent or guardian if under 18.

        • Infant seats are unavailable.
        • The stroller/pram is not accessible.
        • A wheelchair is not accessible.
        • Drivers will charge additional hours separately on a prepaid basis.
        • You must carry a hard copy of your ticket.
        • Tickets lost, damaged, or stolen cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
        • We will email you the iFly Dubai voucher within two hours of booking, and you can present it at the entry gate to get your entrance pass.
